1. Subscription and Ownership Policy

• Clients are required to subscribe to a minimum one-year contract for our digital marketing services.

• If a client cancels their subscription before the one-year period, all digital assets created by AI Mark Labs, including but not limited to social media accounts, websites, graphics, and content, shall remain the exclusive property of AI Mark Labs.

• Upon cancellation, the client forfeits any rights to the digital assets developed, and AI Mark Labs reserves the right to manage or repurpose them at its discretion.

2. Payment and Work Commencement

• AI Mark Labs operates on an advance payment policy. Work on any project will commence only after full payment is received as per the agreed terms.

• Payments are non-refundable once the project has begun, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and strategic planning.

3. Scope of Services

• AI Mark Labs provides customized digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • SEO & PPC

  • Branding & Content Creation

  • Social Media Management

  • Web & App Development

• The scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon before the project begins.

• Any modifications or additional services beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely access to necessary platforms, content, and approvals to avoid project delays.

• AI Mark Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide the required information.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• AI Mark Labs will keep client information and marketing strategies strictly confidential.

• Both parties must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

6. Performance and Results Disclaimer

• While AI Mark Labs employs industry-leading strategies, specific results (such as rankings, traffic, or revenue growth) are not guaranteed.

• Marketing results depend on various external factors, including market trends and client engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, strategies, and materials developed by AI Mark Labs during the contract period remain the property of AI Mark Labs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Upon completion of the full contract term, certain assets may be transferred to the client based on prior agreement.

8. Termination and Refund Policy

• AI Mark Labs reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with the agreed terms.

• No refunds will be issued once services have commenced.

• Early contract termination results in forfeiture of all digital assets created during the service period.

9. Liability Limitations

• AI Mark Labs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Clients agree to indemnify AI Mark Labs from any claims related to the digital assets created during the service term
